PingChat! Android Beta – Final [UPDATE2]

Um genau 19:44 traf die Mail mit dem Betreff “PingChat! Android Beta – Final” bei mir ein. Finale Beta heißt wohl nun, dass dies die letzte Beta ist.

Im Klartext: Es ist bereits Version 0.94 0.95 1.0 für euren Androiden verfügbar, bis zur 1.0 kann’s also nicht mehr so lange dauern…

Darauf deutet auch folgender Text in der Mail hin:

We have fixed ALL of the bugs your reported and have a new update for you!

In PingChat! Android beta final, the following has been fixed:
- Fixed phone number registration for cases where the phone number can’t be detected automatically. Registering your phone number lets your friends with PingChat! automatically find you without knowing your username.
- Fixed push notification problems
- Fixed a few crashes
- Improved performance throughout the app

Notable missing functionality/issues:
- Photo viewing can take a long time to load on Nexus One devices
- Can’t send and receive location and contacts
- Can’t play voice notes and videos sent from iPhones/iPods/iPads
